Planning Theory
The planning theory is a well known theory in the geography. To make clear what is meant with the planning theory, the planning concerning is city is sketched. The planning of provisioning a city requires insight and a vision about the city rahter than a preconcerted plan about how the city should be. Effective planning is vital in the process of (re)structuring a city. Which means the planning should be tuned on the by a understanding about the field in which it operates (Faunstein, 2012).
