Awareness is the ability to perceive the world around you and to be consious of (spatial) actions who take place in space and place. If an actor is aware of the world around him/here, doesn't necessarily mean that this actor will understand what is going on. Awareness, more broadly, can be defined as a state or quality of being aware of someting. A popular understanding withing the field of research on awareness is self-awareness. This is the ability of human beings to reflect on their own behaviour and thoughts and the capacity to look at themselves as an individual in a Society of other individuals.
