1. Relevance: 7. This is a relevant topic because withou communication our world and our language can't exist. Besides it's crucial to gain and to give information.

2. Well-written: a). 8. It's written of a professional standard, without any spelling errors. The grammar is quite good as well.

b). 8. All important aspects of the subject are explained in this work.

3. well-researched: Factually accurate and verifiable: a). 9. The references follow the APA guidelines, although the given literature isn't used.

b). It doesn't contain citations.

4. Broad in its coverage: a). 7. It addresses the main aspects of the topic, but the second part containing Luhmann is a bit too long.

b). 8. It is focused on the main topic, but sometimes details are too much. For example that communication is neutral and simple is maybe a bit of too much unnecessary detail.

5. Neutral: 8. It's neutral written, without the meaning of the writer. What is good that Luhmann's statements are there, without containing the meaning of the writer of this work.

6. Stable: 7. The topic is stable, because communication is always there. Of course the idea of communication and the form in which it exist can change (although that's not written in this work). What can change though is that communication has no limits. This can change, but that takes decennia again.

7. Well-structured: a). 8. There is a lead and it explains how communication helps us.

b). 8. There is a hierarchical structure, although there are no 'real' sections with titles.

c). 8. Yes it's categorised in the right way. Maybe 'language' could be another good category.

8. Illustrated: this work doesn't contain any pictures.

9. Length: 7. The length is okee. It contains just enough information to be summarizing. Some details are maybe a bit unnecessary, but in general the lenght is quite good.
