Definition

Architectual design and planning for powerless 'weak' city groups, notably when resisting destructive schemes by planning authority, government agencies or similar bodies. It is created for ensuring that all groups are equally presented in the decision-making process. This is ensured by giving advocacy to group not equally presented. The key-role for the planner is to facilitate advocacys to the powerless group(s) or to encourage them to use advocacy to strengthen their position.
