Tore Sager

Tore Sager is Professor in the Department of Civil and Transport Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Sager has published on mobility and communicative planning theory in a dozen international academic journals. His main publications in English are the books "Communicative Planning Theory" and "Democratic Planning and Social Choice Dilemmas", and he is currently researching the tensions between planning and neo-liberalism (Aesop-Planning, n.d).
